As Nigeria begins to conclude the journey towards a fully digital broadcasting ecosystem, BMA and BON are committed to bringing industry practitioners in Nigeria and from around the world together in an environment of unparalleled learning and knowledge transfer, continuous professional networking, and quality business development opportunities.
“Broadcasting and Digital Media Convention – Nigeria 2022” is, according to organisers, aimed at senior executives and professionals from TV, radio, film, music, advertising and new media platforms for industry players in Nigeria, across West Africa and the world as a whole.
According to Mr Benjamin Pius of Broadcast Media Africa (BMA) – summit convener, “the forthcoming convention will address crucial issues surrounding the broadcasting industry in Nigeria via value-adding keynotes speeches, illuminating presentations and discussions from and by internationally renowned industry luminaries.
Also commenting, Dr Yemisi Bamgbose, the Executive Secretary of the Broadcasting Organisations Of Nigeria’s (BON), said: “as broadcasting and media services sector becomes more sustainable because of digitisation, broadcasters must be able to extract benefits from the new ecosystem. The forthcoming summit is a practical platform for professionals to discover how best to achieve this.”
