Airtel Africa PLC, a leading telecom and mobile money services provider across 14 African nations, has unveiled changes in its executive leadership. Chief Financial Officer Jaideep Paul has announced his decision to resign later this year following the company’s annual general meeting in July.
Paul’s departure marks the end of a notable tenure during which he played a key role in shaping Airtel Africa’s financial trajectory. He will transition to a new opportunity within the broader Bharti group.
Currently serving as Deputy CFO, Kamal Dua has been appointed Paul’s successor to ensure continuity. With his extensive experience in financial management, Dua is set to lead the company’s financial strategy as Airtel Africa continues to advance its mission of driving connectivity and economic inclusion across the continent.
