According to industry reports, the Moscow International Film Festival, which took place from August 23 to 28, has attracted participation from over 40 countries and more than 100 representatives from the Middle East and North Africa.
The festival, held in the Russian capital, features a diverse lineup of over 300 films, including 70 international titles alongside Russian productions. It serves as a hub for creative exchange, with daily events across various venues like cinemas, parks, museums, and hotels, as well as cultural sessions, seminars, and roundtable discussions.
Film industry representatives from Russia and abroad will explore the latest trends, discuss potential collaborations, and consider filming opportunities in Russia.
This year’s festival also spotlights the Middle East and North Africa, showcasing an array of films that highlight the region’s cultural heritage and stories, offering attendees a deeper insight into Middle Eastern culture.
