With a rapidly transforming digital landscape, broadcast media practitioners and content publishers seek new ways to optimise and deliver their services in the digital media ecosystem. Industry players across the value chain seek to fully understand the dynamics of the new digital media environment and how it can be used to deliver enhanced value to consumers.

With this in mind, the organisers of the forthcoming Broadcast And Digital Media Convention – West Africa, taking place from 19th – 21 March 2024, in Abuja – Nigeria, have confirmed that the gathering will explore how broadcasters and media practitioners can manage, successfully, the continued impact of digitisation and automation.

Incorporating the 1st National Conference Of The Society Of Nigerian Broadcasters (SNB), the international Broadcast And Digital Media Convention – West Africa is convened by Broadcast Media Africa and the Broadcasting Organisation of Nigeria in partnership with the Society Of Nigerian Broadcasters (SNB).

Commenting on the event, Dr Yemisi Bamgbose, Executive Secretary of Broadcasting Organisations Of Nigeria and Convention co-convener, said, “The impact of digitisation on all aspects of broadcasting remains undeniable, presenting challenges and opportunities. Industry executives can successfully navigate the ever-evolving landscape by innovating and adopting data-driven decision-making and fostering collaborative partnerships.”

This industry gathering will be a crucial platform for stakeholders to discuss, review and evaluate strategic and operational issues related to some of the essential items facing the industry.
